Surgery

Day Care surgeries are for patients who require a surgical procedure without an overnight admission to the hospital. This is a decision of the Surgeon based on the condition of the patient & the complexity of the surgery. Few daycare patients may require overnight hospitalisation.

For coverage in the Insurance policy, please read the terms and conditions of the policy or your agent.

Admission Time – The admission has to be done 2 hours before the scheduled surgery time.

Pre-requisites – The hospital requires that all patients undergoing planned surgical procedures do the Admission Test i.e. Triple H (HIV/HbSAg/HCV) at the hospital only. All other investigations are to be done as advised by your surgeon.
